Where are you originally from?
I was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1945.
What is your education and/or career background?
My entire family was in the advertising industry. After graduating from college, I decided not to enter the family business. Instead, I established my own company, All-Ways Advertising. This year makes 46 years that my company has been in existence.
What does an average day look like for you?
I am lucky enough to still enjoy my career and every day is a new experience. I continue to meet new people and be presented with many opportunities.
I’m an avid golfer and get to play 12 months a year because in the winter months I travel back and forth to Florida. I am involved in many charities but none as important as being honored to be a trustee on the Foundation Board at Montclair State University. For the past 11 years, I’ve witnessed the tremendous growth and success of the University. Being on the board has afforded me the opportunity to give back to the community in which I reside.
You've been in business for over 45 years. What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs who desire longevity?
My advice is to stay true to your word and follow a career path which allows you to love what you do. It will keep you young and full of life for all those you are surrounded by.
We always like to end with this question, what in life brings you joy?
My two sons are in business with me and we (my wife and I) are fortunate enough to have two wonderful daughter-in-laws and seven grandchildren.
